Do I have to sign up
Registration is optional and free. If you register you will have access to manage you account, conferences, recordings and much more - did we mention it is free?

Why do I have to pre select a conference number and PINs
Some services allow you to just think of a conference number and a PIN, but it is human nature to select certain numbers. You wouldn't want to schedule a free conference call then find your PIN doesn't work because someone else has already used it. By pre-selecting we guarantee your conference number. Conference numbers not used within 90 days are added back to the pool, registration stops expiration.

Can I record a conference
Recording a conference call is free to registered users. To record check the box in conference management. After a recording is made you can choose to publish it or delete it. Once published you can replay by calling in with the original conference number and PIN. Recordings are kept for 30 days

Can I schedule a conference and send out invitations
We operate a reservationless conference call service, however, registered users can easily schedule a conference and send out invites to contacts or email addresses. Integration with recipients calendars (Outlook etc) is simple as we give you the option to include an industry standard vCAL attachment.

How much does it cost
There is no direct charge for our basic unregistered or registered conference call service. Your call costs 5 pence per minute at all times from a BT land line (billed by your provider), other operators charges may vary. In the future, premium or bespoke services may incur additional charges.

How many people can join a teleconference
There is no hard limit, but we recommend you ask your attendees to mute their line when not speaking.

There seems to be echo / feedback / background noise
This can happen if you have conference callers in the same room on different phones, or lots of callers. Much of this can be avoided if you ask your attendees to mute their lines when not talking.

Do I have to book a conference (make a reservation)
Not at all. Once you have pre selected your conference number and PIN, it is ready to use any time. If you register you can schedule a conference and send out invites from your account.

Is it secure
The chances of someone guessing your conference number and PINs is not very likely. It is advisable to keep your account details secure and change PINs from time to time.

Is there an in call operator
There is no in call operator. If you require assistance please refer to the instructions pages or contact our support team.
