Pick a number, any number as long as it's six digits. If you've been beaten to it, you'll get another chance.

Four digit admin PIN
As this initiator of the conference call you get some power, keep this PIN secret.

Four digit user PIN
This is the PIN you need to tell the other conference attendees about, they'll need it to join in.
